Community Manager

Over view

You would act as a Housr representative and Housr's point of contact for residents. The role of the Community Manager is to create a very positive client experience and help to build a loyal audience or a group of core consumers connected by a similar interest in co-living . A community Manager is responsible for managing , improving and leveraging relationships within the co-living space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Curating and executing new events to bring Housr residents together and creating a sense of community
  • Understand the needs of all the members
  • Maximize customer satisfactions through regular customer engagement
  • create extraordinary digital communications and impactful promotional campaigns for the events channeled through a flair of creativity
  • Digital Marketing and Content Creation
  • Drive lead generation through networking and marketing

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior experience in developing community engagement programs in a co-living/co-working  set up is mandatory
  • post graduate/graduate degree in any specialization , preferably in marketing
  • An endless appetite for networking and communicating with people
  • Capacity to work in a startup environment and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Skilled in networking , lead generation and conversion
