Roles and responsibilities include -


  1. Plan and launch community initiatives to create connections between members of different organizations.
  2. Plan, organise and manage networking and sales related events in the building.
  3. Foster a sense of inclusivity in the centre where fresh ideas are welcome.
  4. Focus on Business Development, be responsible for setting and achieving sales objectives, occupancy rates and pricing.
  5. Conduct tours for prospective members.
  6. Maximize occupancy and profitability of the Centre by proactively managing customer’s expansion requirements
  7. P&L and centre occupancy responsibility.


Note: Prior sales experience is a must and former community managers/centre heads at other co-working spaces who are presently unemployed will be preferred over applicants looking to make a switch.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years' in sales, client servicing or community manager role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience as community manager/Biz dev at co-working space will be preferred
