Community Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way that builds brand awareness. They will work cross-functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Start from scratch with the founders to onboard a set number of members on the selected community platform
  • Be the face and voice of the community and manage all community conversations
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Build relationships with the community members and aim for the eye of member engagement
  • Build, Monitor, and Report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Monitor industry trends and propose best practices in community management
  • Build the Lead funnel for sachet products via engagements & events
  • Conceptualize & Devise the GTM for new Products


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
